🛑 STOP! Do NOT use your medication if you see any of these signs:

The solution is cloudy, hazy, or milky (instead of clear)
You see visible particles, crystals, or floating matter
The medication has changed color during storage (e.g., was clear when received but now turned pink, or was pink but now brown/yellow)
The solution appears discolored, brown, or yellow (unless it was already pink/red due to B12)
The vial shows signs of damage, cracks, or leaks
The medication has been frozen
